It depends on which package you’re interested in. For our Full Service Package, we ask for at least 12 months. Both Partial Planning Packages should be booked at least 10 months in advance. Event Management require no less than four months notice.

Yes! This is our event management package. To be the most prepared for your big day, we start working with you about 4 months prior. That way, when we arrive for your rehearsal we have all the information we need to make your event run smoothly.

This may depend on your venue and what they include in their coordinating services. In most cases, a venue coordinator is responsible for all task related to the venue. For example, ensuring the venue is clean, doors are unlocked, tables and chairs are setup, and venue guidelines are followed. A wedding coordinator is involved with creating and managing the timeline of the day, setup of your personal decor items, directing the ceremony and more.

We are located in Goldsboro, NC. We plan events across NC. There is a travel fee and required accommodations for any travel over 60 miles from Goldsboro.
