  • It depends on which package you’re interested in. For our Full Service Package, we ask for at least 12 months. Both Partial Planning Packages should be booked at least 10 months in advance. Event Management require no less than four months notice.

    *Although these are the time requirements for planning services, we do recommend contacting us as soon as possible, as our availability often fills up quickly.

  • This all depends on the planning package you choose and the details of your event. Please fill out our contact form to receive more information on our pricing.

  • Yes! This is our event management package. To be the most prepared for your big day, we start working with you about 4 months prior. That way, when we arrive for your rehearsal we have all the information we need to make your event run smoothly.

  • This may depend on your venue and what they include in their coordinating services. In most cases, a venue coordinator is responsible for all task related to the venue. For example, ensuring the venue is clean, doors are unlocked, tables and chairs are setup, and venue guidelines are followed. A wedding coordinator is involved with creating and managing the timeline of the day, setup of your personal decor items, directing the ceremony and more.

  • We are located in Goldsboro, NC. We plan events across NC. There is a travel fee and required accommodations for any travel over 60 miles from Goldsboro.

  • Nope! We work with all budgets and weddings big and small. It is our job to be transparent and align client expectations to their budget.

  • Yes, of course, we do! Working in this industry gives opportunity to meet a lot of great people. We are happy to share these vendors with all of our couples, but in the end, we leave the decision up to you!

  • We want you, your family, and guests to enjoy your wedding day to the fullest. This event will most likely be one of the biggest events you and your family host in your life! It goes by quickly and you do not want to spend it making sure your vendors are on time, boutonnières are pinned, or if family members are sitting in the correct seats. Let your wedding planner handle all of it!

  • Yes! Our team will be available for your wedding rehearsal no matter which of our packages you purchase. Having a thorough rehearsal helps your wedding day be as seamless as possible. We will show up at your rehearsal ready to make sure everyone is prepared for your big day!
