We know the feeling… you’re recently engaged and have just started thinking about your wedding. You’re literally only a week into the planning, but it’s already so stressful that the excitement has begun to fade. You can’t seem to shake the sense of nervousness you feel towards the months of planning that lie ahead.
That’s where we come in! Trust us, we know it takes a lot to plan a wedding. Put a full-time job on top of that and talk about stress! Your wedding day is supposed to be a celebration of your new life together, not an event that makes you want to pull your hair out.
You may be thinking that you don’t need anyone to completely take over your wedding planning, but rather someone to lend a bit of expertise. On the other hand, maybe planning and all of the details aren’t your thing, so you would gladly hand it all over to someone else.
Wherever you fall within this spectrum, a wedding planner can be an invaluable help to you.
It’s for this reason that we have multiple wedding packages for our clients to choose from, so they can pick the best fit for them! Here at The Social South, we offer four different wedding packages:
The first is Full Service Planning. This package covers the entire wedding planning process. We begin with budget creation and vendor team selection and then move on to detail design and RSVP tracking. Our team will also be there for your rehearsal as well as the day of the wedding to make sure everything is as seamless as possible!
Our second package is Custom Partial Planning - Design. This is a great choice for couples who still want to do part of the planning themselves but need help when it comes to things like color palettes and table settings. Our team will work with you to create an inspiration board to be used throughout the planning process. This package includes assistance with floral selections, decor rentals, and venue floor plan. We also provide stationary advisement and management to help complete the look!
Up next is our Custom Partial Planning - Budget and Vendor Guide. This package is designed to ensure you select the perfect vendors for you and your budget! We will create your budget, guide you through the process of hiring vendors, and make sure you stay on track with spending. Our Budget and Vendor Guide Package is designed to get you started on a solid foundation for a successful event!
The final package offered is Event Management. This service includes pulling all of the details and your vendor team together four months prior to your wedding date. We will create a seamless timeline, coordinate your setup and teardown, and serve as the point of contact for vendors so you and your family can enjoy your time together!
